Common Questions

Everything you need to know about our double glazed window supply and installation service — including what to do about condensation between window panes.

We supply and fit casement, sash, bay, bow, tilt & turn, fixed/picture windows, and commercial windows. All are available in uPVC, aluminium, and timber-effect finishes in a wide range of colours. We manufacture to measure for every opening.
Condensation between window panes — that foggy or steamy appearance inside the glass — means the sealed unit has broken down and moisture has entered the gap. It cannot be wiped away. The only fix is to replace the sealed glass unit (or the full window if the frame is also damaged). We can carry out both repairs quickly, usually within 7–14 days.
We can do either. If your frame is in good condition, we can replace just the glazing unit — ideal for misted, failed, or broken panes. If the frame is warped, draughty or damaged, we'll replace the full window including the frame and sill.
Our average turnaround is 7–14 days from enquiry to completed installation. Once your windows are measured and manufactured, fitting is usually completed in a single day for a standard residential job.
Yes — all our double glazed windows are fitted with Low E Argon Gas units as standard, giving excellent thermal performance. Upgrading to our A-rated glazing can significantly reduce heat loss and cut your energy bills.

  • Obscure / frosted glass — ideal for bathrooms, WCs, and areas requiring privacy without sacrificing light.
  • Low-E energy-efficient glass — our standard A-rated Low E Argon Gas units that minimise heat loss and reduce energy bills.
  • Toughened safety glass — meets Building Regulations for doors, low-level glazing, and high-traffic areas.
  • Leaded and decorative glass — traditional leaded lights and bespoke decorative options to complement period properties or add a distinctive finishing touch.
